As part of the ERS team, the Community Paramedic is tasked with delivering proactive care to clients within various community settings. This position requires in-depth knowledge of both pre-hospital emergency care and primary health care principles. You'll work towards reducing emergency room visits by providing tailored solutions in line with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive client assessments and care plans
• Collaborate with community health organizations
• Identify and address service gaps for clients




• Monitor clients via point of care diagnostics
• Assist clients in accessing appropriate health resources

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of pre-hospital care experience
• Certification with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba
• Experience in diverse and Indigenous community settings
• Valid Class IV Manitoba driver’s license
• Training in key health programs preferred
