Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and file medical documents into the EHR
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Track and follow up on missed or canceled appointments
• Assist with obtaining clinical documents and vital signs
• Facilitate communications with patients and healthcare personnel
Requirements:
• MOA Certificate or similar post-secondary qualification
• 3-5 years in MOA or reception roles
• Proficient in Med Access EHR and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
