In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Program Manager to oversee program implementation and evaluation. You'll provide essential training and support to staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and evaluate program policies and budgets
• Develop and assess Individualized Support Plans




• Supervise and train program staff effectively
• Plan activities and events that promote engagement
• Maintain operational compliance with licensing requirements

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in Human/Social Services
• Minimum 3 years experience with supervisory skills
• Solid communication and computer skills
• Current First-Aid and CPR Level C Certification
• Valid BC Class 4 Driver’s License
