Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ride-alongs to observe and support Logistics Couriers
• Complete route reviews and optimization for efficiency




• Assist in workforce planning and staffing recommendations
• Implement operational changes and service enhancements
• Communicate operational observations to the Logistics Supervisor

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of courier operations experience
• Valid driver's license for Ontario, BC, or SK
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
