Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized resident care to enhance wellness
• Form meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Contribute to tailored wellness plans with team input
• Conduct assessments and collaborate with Health Care Providers
• Promote social connections among residents for better engagement
Requirements:
• Completion of an approved Practical Nursing program
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid CPR certification
• Strong communication skills with residents and teams
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is an asset
