You'll lead strategies to attract exceptional candidates and ensure student retention through monitoring their progress. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for high-quality students
• Manage admissions for limited intake health programs
• Monitor and support student progression




• Assist committee meetings with agendas and documentation
• Maintain effective databases and tracking systems

Requirements:
• Diploma or completion of two years of post-secondary education
• At least three years in a similar role within a unionized workplace
• Understanding of post-secondary admissions policies
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Valid driver’s license for campus travel
