Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor at our location in Winnipeg, MB. Qualifications
Solid skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service
Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Knowledgeable in Aftersales processes to ensure seamless service and customer follow-up
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
Experience working in an automotive service department is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive service certifications are a bonus
