As part of The Universal Group's traffic control team, you will lead the setup and management of traffic control measures, ensuring safety for workers and the public. Essential skills include effective communication, understanding regulations, and conducting site assessments. You’ll collaborate with contractors across multiple sectors and address safety concerns proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain traffic control zones
• Direct traffic for optimal flow and safety
• Monitor work zones and adjust setups as needed
• Conduct site safety compliance checks
• Participate in special event traffic management

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months BC LCT experience
• Current TCP certification recognized by WorkSafeBC
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Strong knowledge of traffic control regulations
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments
