In this role, you will create and facilitate early learning programs designed to support children's growth within the framework established by British Columbia. You will oversee program operations and advocate for children's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design early learning initiatives in accordance with BC guidelines
• Maintain comprehensive daily program records
• Implement early learning settings effectively




• Encourage activities that support child and family development
• Work with families to ease kindergarten transitions

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Current BC Early Childhood Education certification
• FoodSafe certification
• 1 year of experience with young children
• Robust interpersonal and resourceful communication skills
