Ledcor is hiring team-oriented individuals for crucial highway maintenance roles across Ontario. In this Operator position, you'll operate heavy equipment like snowplows and conduct essential repairs throughout the seasons. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and other heavy machinery
• Maintain the integrity of highways, performing repairs
• Execute tasks such as signage and guardrail cleaning
• Work outside in various weather conditions
• Comply with shift work and on-call requirements
Requirements:
• Possession of a valid AZ or DZ driver's license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Provide a valid 3-year commercial driver’s abstract
• Previous operation of snowplows preferred
• Availability for night shifts and varying work hours
