Urban Barn is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to enhance our technology systems in over 50 stores. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, maintaining POS systems, and supporting new store openings. Ideal candidates are hands-on, customer-oriented, and adept at solving technology issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to stores and Head Office
• Support and maintain POS systems, printers, and mobile devices
• Manage IT incidents and prioritize service requests




• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and project completion
• Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation

Requirements:
• Experience in IT or technical support roles
• Expertise in retail and customer-facing environments
• POS system experience, preferably with Oracle Retail Xstore
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and SQL
• Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
