West Coast Seniors Housing Management is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support the everyday operations of a senior housing community. The role reports to the General Manager or designate and ensures safety, security, and timely maintenance across facilities.
The position requires hands-on maintenance skills in painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and HVAC, with a focus on reliability, safety, and effective communication with residents and staff. Equal prospect employer.
