You’ll be responsible for managing complex insurance claims while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. With 5-7 years of experience in long-haul trucking and cargo claims, you will educate clients on claim processes and provide essential mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide insureds through the claims process effectively
• Respond promptly to clients, claimants, and service providers
• Post reserves and manage claims payments




• Identify potential fraud in both claim types
• Negotiate settlements based on policy language

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma completed
• CIP designation required; FCIP preferred
• 2+ years in personal auto claims
• 5-7 years with trucking and cargo claims
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
