IDM Youth Services is looking for caring individuals for full-time and part-time positions. In this role, you will offer emotional support, assist with daily activities, and engage youth in meaningful experiences. Preference is given to those who can work weekends and possess a background in social services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities for at-risk youth
• Drive youth to appointments and daily activities
• Provide emotional and behavioral support consistently
• Organize engaging outings and recreational activities
• Document youth progress and medication administration

Requirements:
• Diploma in social services or related field
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Class 7N BC Driver's License
• Be at least 19 years old
• Clearances from MCFD and Ministry of Justice required
