As a support worker, you will assist individuals in daily activities, from personal hygiene to meal preparation. Your role includes enabling participation in recreational activities and providing companionship to enhance their quality of life. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members is crucial as you implement tailored care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene tasks
• Facilitate community outings and recreational activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Administer medication as prescribed by professionals
• Document changes in behavior or health status

Requirements:
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Ability to document accurately and effectively
• Criminal Record Check within the last 3 months
• Experience working independently and in teams

Deliver essential support and companionship as a vital part of the Rocky Support Services Society team.
