The Regional Clinical Educator position is pivotal in enhancing clinical skills and workforce capability across long-term care homes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Education, this role blends administrative duties and in-person education delivery. It involves partnering with leaders and teams to drive evidence-informed training and support for secure, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing clinical skills education
• Facilitate engaging education through skills labs and simulations




• Assess and validate competencies effectively
• Develop lesson plans and adapt resources
• Translate clinical policies into practical guidance

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) certification
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience required
• Current BCLS/CPR certification
• Experience in clinical education and competency development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
