Westlake is hiring an Experienced Forklift Operator for the 2PM to 10PM afternoon shift. Play a key role in ensuring the safe operation of forklifts and efficient material handling.

In this position, you will report to the Warehouse Department and be responsible for efficiently operating forklifts while upholding safety procedures. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, and forklift certification, and demonstrate valuable communication skills. As part of the role, you will monitor the quality of materials, ensuring they are stored correctly and reported accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-shift inspections on the forklift
• Follow safety procedures when operating machinery
• Communicate equipment issues to supervisors




• Ensure materials are accurately supplied to the production line
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent achieved
• Forklift certification via company training
• Good communication and reporting capabilities
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
