As part of a dedicated team, you will oversee the safety and comfort of individuals from 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Responsibilities include ensuring proper staffing, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting individuals' skill development. Flexibility and responsiveness are crucial to adapt to varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure continuity of care and effective communication
• Remain actively engaged overnight and respond to needs
• Complete regular safety checks on supported individuals
• Handle documentation of incidents and support plans
• Assist in social skills and daily living activities

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or degree in developmental services
• Minimum 1 year experience with Autism support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capability to perform physical support when necessary
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access required
