As part of Challenger’s Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for the quality repairs and maintenance of company-owned trucks and trailers. The ideal candidate will be a licensed 310T Mechanic or an Experienced Apprentice, dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and safety practices. Your responsibilities will include utilizing diagnostic technology to identify issues and performing necessary repairs, making significant contributions to the fleet’s overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs
• Conduct vehicle inspections as per regulations




• Diagnose vehicle issues with advanced technology
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario 310T Certification or in third year of apprenticeship
• Experience in truck maintenance is an asset
• Valid G-class driver’s license essential
• Familiarity with electrical systems and diagnostics
• Required tools or willingness to acquire them
