Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule patient appointments and verify details
• Edit and confirm medical referrals for patients
• Take and log patients' vital signs accurately
• Prepare examination rooms and patients for exam
• Conduct urine tests and respond to patient queries
Requirements:
• Completion of a medical office certificate or training
• Familiarity with hospital or medical office roles preferred
• Understanding of health privacy policies required
• Computer skills with EMR systems essential
• High proficiency in communication and interpersonal relations
