Empower families as a Family Engagement Advocate at Recent Path Youth and Family Services. This part-time role is ideal for enhancing child mental health through collaborative initiatives.

In this dynamic part-time position, you'll work with New Path Youth and Family Services, leading efforts to involve families meaningfully in mental health projects. Responsibilities include overseeing the Family Advisory Committee and facilitating the WOW Awards. Your dedication to communication and community connection will support ongoing improvements in family engagement practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate meetings for the Family Advisory Committee
• Organize and distribute awards during the WOW ceremony
• Actively promote family perspectives in agency planning




• Create resources for family engagement initiatives
• Oversee email campaigns using Mailchimp for outreach

Requirements:
• Caregiver experience in the mental health system
• Familiarity with best practices in family engagement
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledge of Simcoe County community resources
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, for outreach
