Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and maintain roasting and packaging equipment
• Document and manage spare parts and critical inventory
• Install and upgrade machinery for improved reliability
• Collaborate with production and external contractors
• Facilitate training and mentorship for apprentices

Requirements:
• Ticketed Millwright with at least 2 years experience
• Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills
• Ability to read technical schematics
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
