In this part-time position, you will work closely with adults in the Cardiac, Emergency, and Women’s health departments. WRHA is looking for an experienced Perfusionist who can also support and supervise students. Contributing to research initiatives will further enrich your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with adult patients in diverse clinical settings
• Mentor new students in the perfusionist role
• Engage in various relevant research initiatives
• Operate cutting-edge perfusion equipment effectively
• Be available for on-call support during evenings and weekends
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion program
• Certification by Canadian Society of Clinical Perfusion
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in the English language
• Availability for on-call shifts
