The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing document control, coordinating travel and logistics, and supporting project management activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.The right candidate can work locally from ourBurnaby BC, Calgary, Edmonton, ABoffice. This is a regular, full-time position.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible.Ensure compliance with document control standards and procedures.Track and manage document revisions and approvals.Arrange travel accommodations for project team members, including flights, hotels, and transportation.Manage travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are cost effective and within budget.Coordinate travel schedules and resolve any travel-related issues.Plan and manage logistics for project-related activities, including meetings, site visits,
