In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What To ExpectProvide prompt, courteous, accurate and fair claims service to all customers, internal and externalManage complex and/or commercial auto claimsFully explain the claim process to all customers in a way they’ll easily understand by telephone and emailInterpret and apply policy wordings to determine appropriate coverage under a customer’s policyEnsure all claims are promptly and fully investigated, collaborating with fraud investigators when necessaryWork with the customer, preferred vendors, and other stakeholders to determine the best way to resolve the claimMaintain detailed file records by entering pertinent data into the appropriate systemsProcess claims payments within your authority levelInitiate salvage and subrogation procedures on assigned claimsAchieve the targeted number of assigned claims per year,
