In this role, you will collaborate with personnel to write detailed proposals by gathering vital customer information, permits, and pricing. Engaging with project managers and data quality analysts, you will generate accurate reports and test plans while maintaining a clear communication line with the team regarding document status.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write proposals based on client information and pricing
• Collaborate with project managers for report accuracy
• Create test plans in coordination with technical staff
• Prepare and submit electronic reports using ERT and ECMPS

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, AS or BS preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook
• Strong verbal communication skills internally and externally
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Versatile to work outside normal hours as needed
