ROM is searching for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service to fill the Visitor Experience Concierge role. Working under the direction of the Visitor Experience Leads, you will be on the front lines, creating engaging experiences for museum visitors. Your duties will include greeting guests, managing entry points, and assisting with ticketing and membership inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and manage queues effectively
• Operate coat check with secure handling of items
• Assist with ticketing planning at service desk




• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Respond to visitor concerns professionally

Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma; hospitality education is an asset
• Up to 1 year in customer service or hospitality
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive, guest-centered problem-solving
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
