Support the Crew Leader while guiding a 2-3 person team—ensuring work is done safely and to Hutten standards. As a hands-on builder, you will play a crucial role in transforming designs into reality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Crew Leader with daily supervision and delegation
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on-site
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Read and interpret blueprints and landscape designs
• Operate heavy equipment and construction tools

Requirements:
• Experience in landscape construction
• Valid Class A Restricted license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform accurate site calculations
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
