Become a vital part of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority as a Diet Aide. This in-person role primarily involves patient meal assembly and protected food handling practices.

The position at the Regional Distribution Facility requires scheduling availability for evenings and weekends. You’ll be responsible for preparing meal trays accurately and maintaining sanitation of food service areas. Experience in food service is advantageous as it contributes to the efficiency and quality of patient meal delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble meal trays following defined portion sizes
• Prepare and portion food items accurately
• Clean and sanitize work areas and utensils
• Restock food and supplies in assigned areas
• Transport meal carts to appropriate locations

Requirements:
• Previous food service experience is a must
• Minimum educational requirement of Grade 10
• A valid Food Handler's certificate is necessary
• Must read, write, and communicate in English effectively
