This one-year term position is ideal for candidates passionate about Trauma-Informed Care and community-based services. As a Success Coach, you will help students realize their potential while engaging families and community resources to strengthen overall support. Your efforts will encompass both individual and group mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual support to students setting personal objectives
• Engage families in the development process for youth
• Create engaging group programming in school environments




• Enhance students' understanding of their cultural identity
• Offer community opportunities that promote healthy activities

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or related fields
• Experience working with diverse youth populations
• Proficient in communication and organizational skills
• Police checks and valid driver’s license required
• Certification in First Aid Level C CPR within three months
