As a Traffic Controller, your primary responsibility will be directing traffic to ensure safe conditions on the roads. This role allows flexibility in scheduling and the chance to work 10-12 hour shifts with substantial time off.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vehicle traffic to promote safety
• Signal to vehicles for safe navigation
• Collaborate with team members for effective traffic management
• Undertake training sessions for skill enhancement
• Ensure public safety while working outdoors

Requirements:
• Must have own method of transportation
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Previous experience in Traffic Control or Construction preferred
• Willingness to learn and obtain required certifications
• Must agree to a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy
