You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document client progress within the Withdrawal Management Services. Your expertise in addiction systems and client advocacy will be crucial in facilitating access to necessary resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments for admission and treatment needs
• Develop tailored treatment plans and document client activities




• Support clients in accessing local addiction programs
• Ensure protected and therapeutic conditions on the unit
• Advocate for clients to receive appropriate services

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Health or Human Services
• Recent experience in addiction treatment settings
• Knowledge of concurrent disorders and recovery processes
• Current certifications in CPR and First Aid
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends
