RocketRez is seeking a Director of Engineering to provide strategic and tactical leadership for our software organization. You will directly manage four Engineering Team Leads and partner with product and cross-functional teams to drive roadmaps, architecture decisions, and timely delivery.
The role requires deep technical judgment, strong stakeholder management, and experience building multi-team organizations in a SaaS/product setting. This is a remote role with Canada/US eligibility.
