Become a vital part of the Chronic Disease Management unit with this full time Administrative Support III role in River Heights Professional. Focused on booking and reception, you’ll assist a team of 30 clinicians.

In this position, you will manage incoming referrals and appointments, ensuring timely patient access to services across Alberta Health Programs. You will be the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, directing calls, and maintaining records in the Connect Care system, enhancing overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage appointment booking and rebooking
• Navigate incoming referrals with accuracy
• Assist patients upon arrival at the facility




• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls efficiently
• Maintain Connect Care Referral and Appointment Work-ques

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years front line clerical experience
• MOA or Unit Clerk education preferred
• Connect Care training for Ambulatory Scheduler desirable
• Certification for Referrals coordinator is a plus
