WE’RE GROWING — SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE PractiK Professional Group is looking for a motivated, well-connected and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Representative to help introduce our services to small and medium-sized businesses.
This is an independent contractor chance with performance-based commission.

THE OPPORTUNITY; The successful representative will identify prospective clients, introduce PractiK’s services, develop business relationships and help move qualified opportunities toward a consultation.
RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and approach potential business clients
Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
Explain PractiK’s services clearly and professionally
Qualify prospective clients and arrange consultation meetings
Maintain accurate records of outreach and opportunities




Follow up consistently and support the sales process
Represent the PractiK brand with professionalism and integrity
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience in sales, business development or client acquisition
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Understanding of digital services, websites or technology is an asset
Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working independently
Existing business connections in Metro Vancouver are an asset
Professional English communication skills; additional languages are an asset
COMPENSATION Independent contractor arrangement with a commission of 10-17% of eligible collected project revenue for clients personally sourced and successfully converted, subject to the written contractor agreement.
This opportunity does not include a guaranteed salary, hourly wage or employee benefits. Compensation is earned through completed sales in accordance with the commission agreement.
