Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Mountain Sports School daily operations
• Manage staff schedules and lesson bookings
• Coordinate with sales and online bookings
• Supervise and train staff effectively
• Address guest inquiries and service issues

Requirements:
• Work eligibility in Canada with required documentation
• Minimum Level 2 instructor certification
• 2 seasons as a ski or snowboard instructor
• 2 seasons in leadership roles preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
