Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in members promptly
• Provide support on FitFix and Cardio machines
• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
• Offer introductory Fit-Fix sessions for newcomers
• Keep the Club clean and welcoming
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification needed
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in customer service is an asset
• Familiarity with fitness industry standards
