Become an influential role model for children as a Substitute Activity Leader with YMCA BC in Fort St. John. This casual role focuses on delivering supportive and engaging programs for youth.

As part of the inclusive before and after school program, your main duties will revolve around creating a safe, enjoyable environment for children aged 5 to 12. Collaborate with a dedicated team, design relevant programs, and ensure that each child feels valued and included. Your work will positively impact the lives of families and children in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate high-quality age-appropriate programs
• Engage children in indoor and outdoor activities
• Mentor staff and foster teamwork
• Build solid connections with children and families
• Maintain a clean and organized setting for activities

Requirements:
• At least 19 years of age
• Experience in child-focused environments
• Planning and leadership skills for inclusive activities
• Excellent communication abilities
• Emergency First Aid & CPR certification needed

Contribute to a positive community impact through meaningful engagement with children at YMCA BC.
