Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the compensation strategy and program implementation
• Create and implement salary structures and job architecture
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis
• Lead the planning for annual compensation,



including incentives
• Collaborate with senior leadership for strategic guidance

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in compensation, including leadership
• Proven ability to design effective compensation frameworks
• Experience with large, complex organizations is preferred
• Solid knowledge of compensation equity and governance
• Experienced in union environments and collective bargaining
