You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth leasing transactions and maintain relationships with external brokers and tenants. Your role encompasses strategic marketing and prospecting efforts while managing critical dates and lease obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively market available retail spaces and development opportunities
• Prepare and manage all lease-related documentation




• Liaise with internal construction and property management teams
• Establish target tenants and rental strategies
• Maintain communication with tenant and brokerage communities

Requirements:
• Five years of experience in commercial leasing
• Strong negotiation and documentation skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management systems
