Wajax is seeking 3rd or 4th-year apprentices committed to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment and its components. You’ll work closely with customers, documenting service records and participating in required Health & Safety Training to ensure a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and diagnose heavy equipment for servicing needs
• Communicate with customers for service authorization




• Perform repairs in the shop and on-site
• Recondition components for engine and hydraulic repairs
• Maintain service records and complete paperwork

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Comply with Health & Safety programs
