As an Early Childhood Assistant at CDI, you will help implement tailored programs for children aged 0 to 6. Collaboration with the RECE is crucial as you create a safe and welcoming space, observing children's behavior and participating in various daily activities. Your strong relational skills will foster positive connections with families and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist RECE in enriching children's learning experiences
• Supervise children and ensure safety throughout all activities
• Conduct regular headcounts and maintain attendance records




• Help prepare program materials and assist during lunch service
• Support smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor activities

Requirements:
• Current enrollment in an ECE program or relevant certification
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate
• Capability to lift children and manage physical demands
• Willingness to work flexible hours and cover shifts
• Basic understanding of child development principles
