Lead impactful compensation strategies with the Health Employers Association of British Columbia. As Executive Director, leverage your expertise to enhance classification services across BC's healthcare sector.
Reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources, you will shape compensation and classification processes, ensuring compliance and aligning with provincial objectives. Your role is pivotal in fostering cooperative relationships with unions, healthcare organizations, and governmental agencies, driving continuous improvement in health sector compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic goals for HEABC
• Lead implementation of health compensation strategies
• Build relationships with industry groups and unions
• Ensure compliance with compensation frameworks and policies
• Provide expertise in classification system interpretation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
• 10-15 years in compensation & classification management
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership abilities in a healthcare setting
