Dexter is seeking a Finance Director to lead accounting, planning, cost management, and internal controls for the Heavy Duty Business Unit. You will oversee Canadian operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects while partnering with plant leaders to improve profitability and cash flow.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with 10+ years in manufacturing finance, robust GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP and BI tools.
