This role requires expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to design behavior programs that enhance communication and independence for children. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, collecting data, and adjusting interventions based on measurable outcomes. You will train caregivers, collaborate with professionals, and ensure timely documentation while supporting quality improvement and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and design individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze progress data




• Train caregivers on effective strategies for home implementation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Maintain clear documentation of services and outcomes

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Analyst
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Background in Psychology and Behavior Management
• Solid observational and analytical skills
• Current registration or eligibility in Ontario
