Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will oversee Wood’s Homes Foundation’s capital campaign and major gift fundraising efforts. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work with staff, volunteers, and the community to meet fundraising targets. Your role integrates strategic oversight, donor cultivation, and impactful communication to enhance philanthropic support for Wood’s Homes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of capital campaign strategies
• Develop campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics




• Cultivate major donors and manage donor relations
• Coordinate campaign events, recognition, and promotional materials
• Maintain accurate donor records and prepare progress reports

Requirements:
• University degree in Fund Development or related field
• Minimum five years in fundraising or donor relations
• Robust knowledge of major gift strategies
• Experience with capital campaigns preferred
• Proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT or similar systems
