Dollar Tree in Kitchener, Ontario, is seeking an OPS Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, supervise staff, and ensure the store runs smoothly and safely.
You will contribute to merchandise organization, loss prevention, payroll and scheduling, and maintaining clean, well-stocked sales floors. A high school diploma and prior store management experience are preferred.
