Take charge as a Millwright Superintendent with Ledcor and manage major projects in Western Canada. This position focuses on mechanical installations, safety, and operational excellence.

As a pivotal leader in our Industrial division, you will oversee all millwrighting and mechanical installation activities. Your extensive experience in mechanical systems will guide crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You'll engage directly with millwrights and subcontractors to uphold quality and safety standards across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee millwrighting according to specifications and codes
• Execute mechanical installation and completion activities
• Ensure safety standards meet corporate and regulatory expectations




• Manage construction schedules to meet mechanical milestones
• Lead and mentor millwright crews for high performance

Requirements:
• 3-8 years in mechanical or industrial supervision
• Journeyperson Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) designation
• Proven leadership as a Superintendent or General Foreman
• Robust understanding of mechanical systems and contract management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
