You are the first impression, the central hub of communication, and a critical part of the team. We are looking for someone who wants to build a future in the automotive industry. What You'll Do Greet and welcome clients in a professional, warm, and confident manner
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and accurately
Support the sales, service, and leadership teams with administrative tasks
Manage client flow and ensure every guest is assisted quickly
Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified reception area
Assist with basic clerical and data entry tasks as needed
Act as the central communication point for the dealership
