List of Requirements Experience in computer diagnostics & repair, both software & hardware
Excellent customer service and communication skills
IT certifications or equivalent skilled experience preferred
Fluency in English
List of Duties Repair, build, troubleshoot, and configure hardware & software
Support Mac, PC, iOS, and Android
Replace smartphone batteries & screens
Identify and resolve security threats & scams
Clearly explain your work, verbally and through written reports
Order, promote, and sell our products
Optional: Deliver parts and services at customer’s location
Provide remote support by phone or internet
